Users can access the ARAHR software through our website and mobile applications. By using ARAHR you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Privacy Policy.

The processing of your personal data is lawful because you provided your consent (Article 5(1)(d) of Regulation 2018/1725), by clicking “ I accept” on the pop-up upon entering the website.

This privacy statement explains the reason for the processing of your personal data, the way we collect, handle and ensure the protection of all personal data provided, how that information is used and what rights you have in relation to your personal data. It also specifies the contact details of the responsible Data Controller with whom you may exercise your rights, the Data Protection Officer and the European Data Protection Supervisor.

With Employers. When you choose to apply for a job through our website, we may share any information you provide during the application process with the company that posted the opening you applied for.

Marketing and Advertising. We do not rent, sell, or share Personal Information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes.

Service Providers, Business Partners and Others. We may use certain trusted third party companies and individuals to help us provide, analyze, and improve the Service (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, security, payment processing, and improvement of the Service's features).

Minimum Age. ARAHR is not directed to persons under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information from our system.

Third-Party Websites. This website contains links to other sites that ARAHR does not own or control and whose privacy practices may differ from those of ARAHR. Please be aware that ARAHR is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our websites. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of each website that collects personal information, as their privacy statement will govern any personal information you submit to those sites.

Disclosure. ARAHR does not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information collected through its websites with third parties for its sole promotional purposes or as otherwise outlined in this Privacy Statement. ARAHR may share information with third-party service providers contracted to provide services on our behalf. These third-party service providers may only use the information we provide to them as requested and instructed by ARAHR.

Security. The security of your information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The operators of ARAHR take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentiality and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations as well as this data protection statement. We use industry-standard practices such as encrypted storage, firewalls and password protection systems to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. Each of our employees is aware of our security policies, and your information is only available to those employees who need it to perform their jobs.

When you access or use ARAHR, you agree to our privacy policy and you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Data for the purpose of making ARAHR and/or the Service available to you, in accordance with this policy. 

We will collect, store, use and disclose Personal Data in accordance with all applicable laws relating to the protection of Personal Data, including the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, the EU ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC, as amended or superseded from time to time, and any national implementing legislation (“Data Protection Laws”).

For the purpose of Data Protection Laws, in relation to any Personal Data you or any Users submit to our platform, you will be the data controller and we will be a data processor of such Personal Data.

Our site uses cookies to collect information about you and to distinguish you from other users, personalize your experience, and tailor interactions with you.

7. Where are you storing your data?

The Personal Data we obtain from you and your Users (including, without limitation, Client Data) is stored to ARAHR servers. ARAHR servers are hosted by OVH in France, recognized with an ISO/IEC 27001 certification and audited to SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 and SOC 2 Type II standard.

8. How do we protect and safeguard your personal data?

In order to protect your personal data, the ARAHR has put in place a number of technical and organisational measures in place. Technical measures include appropriate actions to address online security, risk of data loss, alteration of data or unauthorized access, taking into consideration the risk presented by the processing and the nature of the personal data being processed. Organisational measures include restricting access to the personal data solely to authorized persons with a legitimate need to know for the purposes of this processing operation.

We would like to point out that the transmission of data on the Internet (for example, by email communication) may present security gaps. A complete protection of the data before the access by third parties is not possible. We ensure that the service provided is compliant with EU data protection laws.

9. Who has access to your personal data and to whom is it disclosed?

Access to your personal data is provided to the ARAHR staff responsible for carrying out this processing operation according to the “need to know” principle. Such staff abide by statutory, and when required, additional confidentiality agreements. Such staff members may, among other things, be involved in the processing of payment details, the provision of support services and the delivery of your and your Users’ request(s) for us to provide the Service.

10. What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

You have specific rights as a ‘data subject’ under Chapter III (Articles 14-25) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725, in particular, the right to access, your personal data and to rectify them in case your personal data are inaccurate or incomplete. Where applicable, you have the right to erase your personal data, to restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to the processing, and the right to data portability.

You have consented to provide your personal data to ARAHR for the present processing operation. You can withdraw your consent at any time by notifying the Data Controller. 

You undertake to notify your Users of this privacy policy and of their rights under the Data Protection Law. We will provide you with reasonable assistance to enable you to comply and respond to a request, query or complaint from a User in relation to their Personal Data.

11. How long do we keep your personal data?

ARAHR keeps your Users' Personal Data for the duration of the Service and in accordance with your instructions or for such periods as may be required by law.


12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes in the way we treat your personal information, or to the Privacy Policy, we will provide notice to you on the Services or by some other means, such as email. Please review the changes carefully. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
